Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas

After a crazy 2016, it’s finally Christmas, time to unwind, spend time with loved ones and catch up with some well deserved reading.

In general, 2016 has been a strange year, with each day bringing some new unexpected drama, but in the midst of the chaos, we had some great books to enjoy and distract us from the perils of life.

We saw the return of old authors and were introduced to some fantastic new ones. I spent many an evening wrapped up in a great book, too many to think off, but as I gaze at my bookshelves, I think back to ‘The Teacher’ by Katerina Diamond, ‘Who’s That Girl?’ by Mhairi McFarlane, ‘Ragdoll’ by Daniel Cole and ‘Somewhere Inside Of Happy’ by Anna McPartlin, all books that stirred a mixture of emotions inside me.

As I sign off for Christmas, I wanted to say thank you to all the lovely publishers who have been so generous with their time and books this year, a thank you to the authors who participated in interviews and a huge thank you to everyone who visited the website, your support is greatly appreciated.

A Merry Christmas to you all, may your Christmas be peaceful and filled with happy memories, wonderful gifts and many fantastic books to curl up with and I shall see you all in 2017.
