To be in with a chance of winning this lovely prize, you must write a short story, no longer than 250 words and the story must begin with either of the following sentences.

“She may be young but she’s not stupid”

or

“It wasn’t so much that I had been blind to the truth. It was just that I had seen the truth differently”
