Kiss and Tell by Fiona Walker

Kiss And Tell book cover

Kiss and Tell is the latest novel by Fiona Walker following the trials and tribulations of England’s finest eventers based in the sleepy Oddlode Valley. Village lotario Rory Midwinter is quite the successs, not only in the world of dressage but also in bedhopping, happily romancing every woman he meets with no intention of settling down. This is bad news for Faith Brakespear his groom, as she is head over heels in love with him and longs for him to notice her as more than just his teenage groom.

Tash and Hugo Beauchamp are the golden couple of the industry. Deeply in love, but having a stormy relationship of passion and distrust can be tiresome especially when the Kiwi rider, Lough Strachen known as the Devil on Horseback comes to town holding the key to Hugo’s darkest secret that he intends to use against Hugo in order to gain Tash’s affections.

Never have I read a book before that has so many characters! The story has about 20 different people, all individually dealing with the perks and struggles of life. I love how each separate character has their own stories going on but they all seem to come together successfully at key moments in the book, something I think Fiona is very good at achieving.

Out of all the characters in the book, I think Faith Brakespear has got to my favourite, I love her stubborness and her unfathonable love for Rory that never seems to waver, even when he is romancing all around him!

I loved this book, a typical Fiona Walker bestseller. Full of raunchy, laugh out loud and cringe worthy moments.
