“The Vintage Teacup Club” is the first book by British author, Vanessa Greene and it was such a delightfully quirky story that I read it in one day!
The three leading ladies are a wonder to read, all three of them strong, independent and captivating in their own right. I loved the uniqueness of the story, three strangers brought together by their shared love of all things vintage and through their love, they make a remarkable connection and closeness during the times of their lives when things are most difficult. Each lending a sympathetic ear and a shoulder to cry on. I thought all three characters were wonderful, that I can’t even choose a favourite one, but probably if I was pushed, I would say Jenny, as we are similar in age. One of the things I loved most about this story, was that it wasn’t predictable. I loved the added twists and turns that constantly kept me on edge.
“The Vintage Teacup Club” is a beautifully written, heart warming story about finding friendship in the most unlikeliest of places. With a story that flows charmingly and an eye-catching cover, this is the perfect book to snuggle up to with a cup of tea. I urge you to read it!
