New Releases for 2012
Happy New Year!
I am loving 2012 so much, as more of my favourite authors have announced new books. It seems that this year will be a busy year for book lovers.
The huge announcement of 2011 was that Marian Keyes was making a welcome return, with the release of her first cookery book “Saved by Cake” in March followed by “Mercy Falls” another Walsh family novel scheduled to hit our bookshelves in September.
During the last couple of days, fellow Irish author Niamh Greene revealed that her next literary offering “A Message To Your Heart” would be released in June.
Whilst Mike Gayle announced that “The Stag and Hen Weekend” would be coming out February 2nd. Already the book has received a lot of attention as the book has two covers and can be read from either the front to the back or the back to the front, as the story is told through the perspective of the main characters Phil and Helen, who have gone off on their stag/hen parties before they commit their lives to one another. This book sounds great!
Sarra Manning’s new book “Nine Uses For An Ex-Boyfriend” is also released on February 2nd. I am really looking forward to this one, as “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me” was one of my favourite books of 2011.
More offerings from my favourite authors of 2011 include Chrissie Manby with “What I Did on My Holidays” scheduled for June and Jenny Colgan’s “Welcome To Rosie Hopkins’ Sweetshop Of Dreams” released in March. Ruth Saberton is back in May with more comedy gold with the release of her third book “Amber Scott Is Starting Over”.
And finally “I’ve Got Your Number” is the latest long awaited novel from author of the “Shopaholic” series, Sophie Kinsella. Also Sophie’s first Shopaholic book, “The Secret Dreamworld of a Shopaholic” is set to be reissued with a wonderful new look.
With so many books coming out by so many great authors, there is a little bit of something for everyone!
