Beautiful Malice tells the story of Katherine, a 17 year old girl who moves to the city to live with her aunt to escape from a tragedy in her life. New in town, the most popular girl Alice befriends Katherine with her boyfriend Robbie. Together the three of them go out and have fun, but then Alice changes and isn’t the nice person she used to be, she becomes devious and manipulative epecially when Katherine goes out and begins to make more new friends and Alice suddenly turns on her and proves what a type of person she really is.

Beautiful Malice is a story of rediscovery, trying to start over and put the past where it belongs, ie the past. It also makes you think that no-one is who we think we are. The story evokes so many emotions whilst you are reading it, in one part who wish for Katherine to finally experience happiness but then when you discover, just what she is trying to run from, then you begin to wonder whether she deserves it or not. A dark and sinister read.
