Everyone wants to make a difference, like I am currently taking part in the local Marie Curie Walk Ten but RoNA winner Rowan Coleman is taking it one step further with donating all the proceeds of upcoming book ‘Woman Walks Into A Bar’ towards the amazing charity Refuge.

The RONA’s (Romantic Novel Association Awards)were held during the week and it seemed to be another glittering and dazzling event, as Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan were the hosts of the awards and some of our favourite authors were crammed into the one room.

The Romantic Novelists’ Association Awards nominees were revealed this week, and I must say that there are some wonderful books up for the awards. The books that particularly caught my attention were Mhairi McFarlane, debut book “You Had Me At Hello”e, debut book “You Had Me At Hello” which is up for The Contemporary Romantic Novel award, I loved this book and it my favourite debut book of 2012.
